Hiking: Arabia Mountain

Arabia Mountain is the northern of two peaks in the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve, a 2,550 acre park.  Several hundred meters south is a low saddle that separates Arabia Mountain from Bradley Mountain. The two form a monadnock with a peak of 955 feet (290m) above sea level, rising 172 feet (52m) above Arabia Lake reservoir. Bradley Mountain is closer to the visitor trails than Arabia Mountain and is often mis-identified by visitors as Arabia Mountain.

Arabia Mountain is open to the public from dawn to dusk. There is no fee for parking or for use of the trails. Leashed dogs are welcome. Parking facilities are located at the nature center at 3787 Klondike Road and at the base of Arabia Mountain and AWARE at 4158 Klondike Road. Rangers offer guided hikes at 8am on Friday, and Sunday.  Check the park’s events schedule here for more details.
